While broadloom offers a seamless, plush finish, modular carpet tiles offer unmatched ease of replacement for stained areas and creative color-blocking layouts.

Broadloom carpet is the traditional roll carpet that is cut to fit the room. Its biggest advantage is the seamless, continuous appearance it provides, which is especially desirable in luxury residential settings.
